This white porcelain tea set, "Hehe," draws inspiration from the architectural form of the Daqing Palace in Dehua, Fujian Province. Incorporating the traditional eaves and ridges of southern Fujian temples, the set reimagines the spatial meaning of "harmony" through modern ceramic construction. The name "Hehe" evokes the traditional Chinese ideal of harmonious coexistence between heaven, earth, and humanity, ritual instruments, and family, nation, and ethnicity. It also echoes the core values of the tea ceremony: tranquility, purity, respect, and harmony. The most recognizable design element is the combined structure of the lid and body: the upper lid forms a hexagonal "roof," while the lower container is a regular geometric shape. When closed, the two resemble the "" and "" in the Chinese character "合," forming a tangible image of "harmony," symbolizing the unity of nature and man, and harmony between inner and outer.
