Background: Tianjin dough figurines, a national intangible cultural heritage, carry a profound sense of regional memory and folk wisdom. Adhering to the concept of "digital renewal of intangible cultural heritage," this project extracts the figurative elements and color language of traditional dough figurines and combines them with modern interface design techniques to create a digital medium that is both culturally rich and visually aesthetically pleasing.
Goal: Deeply integrate Tianjin's regional cultural DNA with modern digital aesthetics to create an online intangible cultural heritage exhibition space that combines cultural depth with interactive vitality. With the design goal of "making traditional crafts tangible, playable, and portable," the space preserves the warmth and ritual of dough figurines while using digital language to activate cultural identity among young people, establishing a contemporary discourse system for Tianjin's intangible cultural heritage. Dough transforms into 72 different ways, inviting you to create the colors of Tianjin together.
